We are team 9 consultancy group, hired by PureGym to assess the feasibility of an implementation of their business model in the Chinese market. We aim at helping them build a strong and sustainable expansion business model. This blog presents our work and will provide insights on how we tackle the problems we face while establishing the PureGym concept in China.
